Presentation Skills

Objective:

Each of us are called to make regular presentations internally and to external customers, vendors, etc.

The program endeavors to provide the necessary skills for participants to make an effective presentation.

Structure of the Program

Introduction one-on-one

Initial one-on-one session with each participant which would form the basis for understanding the roles, individual needs and expectations from the program.

Each participant would be given a participant folder containing, the Training Material, Individual Evaluations, Personalized feedback with identified areas that require working upon and suggested exercises for improvement.

The topics for the training would be selected based on the initial one-to-one discussions which will help understand individual roles along with specific needs and expectations of the participants.

 The Art of Effective Listening

 Structure and Organization of Presentation

 Staging the Presentation

 How do you handle difficult people and situations


Section II - Presentation Evaluation


This evaluation will be conducted at the beginning and on every occasion when the participant delivers a presentation. This will form part of the file that each participant will take away from the program.

The rating will be on a scale of 1-10 under the following heads and shall be administered by the audience consisting of the facilitator and the remaining participants

 Organization

 Managing Time

 Decision Making

 Closing and Follow-up
