Trust Trust Fall Understand ability of self in trusting others and become trustworthy
Communication Pass the crazy balls through channels To understand the importance of Authenticity/ deep listening/ Importance of probing, by use of humor to make their message have a recall value.
  Creating Tabloid through theatre experience Understanding emotions and learning to express them effectively

The module will be covered as a mix of in house and outbound training. Various simulations will be used.

Every participant will be made to lead an activity. This will create an opportunity for them to receive appreciation and critiquing for their style in practicing leadership.
