Organization Development

Executive and Management Coaching And Development Management

A primary challenge for all organizations at the start of the 21 st century is, “How do we grow the resources that we have?”. Merely producing individual development plans will prove insufficient for some organizations to survive. We have to ensure that development plans are the very best (focused, practical and relevant) they can be, that they are implemented promptly and effectively, and that the return on investment is tracked and evaluated to inform future plans. Atiitya can provide a range of services to meet these needs, making sure that meaningful development truly happens!

Simply put, an Organization Development practitioner is to an organization as a physician is to a human body. The practitioner "diagnoses" (or discovers) the most important priorities to address in the organization, suggests a change-management plan, and then guides the organization through the necessary change

  Establishing relationships with key personnel in the organization
  Researching and evaluating systems in the organization to understand dysfunctions and/or goals of the systems in the organization ("diagnosing"
    the systems in the organization);
  Identifying approaches (or "interventions") to improve effectiveness of the organization and its people;
  Applying approaches to improve effectiveness (methods of "planned change" in the organization),
  Evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of the approaches and their results.
