Ms.Suman Nair
 
Atiitya is founded by Suman Nair who has close to two decades of experience in building and implementing HR systems and processes for a variety of large organizations where she has headed the Human Resources function at National and Global levels. Her exposure to a variety of industries has enabled Suman to acquire a deep insight into human nature and into the dynamics of interpersonal relationships. During this tenure, she has achieved excellence in conceptualizing and implementing people development initiatives. Suman is a Certified Business Coach trained by Leadership University, USA & has been an Assessor with SHL, the world leaders in Competency mapping & Assessment processes.
  
   
       
 
Mr.Rajeev K
Rajeev is a post graduate in Sales & Marketing, with more than two decades of experience in building, managing and sustaining client relationships. He is trained in NLP and various Sales modules.
Rajeev is the key account manager and ensures delivery on the national & international engagements, through the various facilitators associated with Atiitya. He is also responsible for all the relationships with the various consultants, associates and facilitators of Atiitya.

 
   
       
 
Dr K Seshagiri Rao
With more than four decades in Community development & people enhancement, Dr Rao is the guiding factor at Atiitya. He brings in a balance between the social responsibility & corporate engagements. As a chief Mentor at Atiitya, he ensures that every client requirement is serviced with utmost care & commitment to completion. Recipient of National and International awards for developing people in communities, Dr Rao helps us to convert our Passion to zeal.
 
 


   
 
Ms Nina E Woodard

Nina has a strong background in International Business, Executive Leadership and Strategic Business and Human Resource Management. She has spent 30 years in Financial Services Industry in Executive and Leadership roles during this tenure, she has ensured excellent communication, organization dynamics and coaching as her key strengths.
Nina runs - Nina E. Woodard & Associates, a division of NDPendence, Inc in the USA. She is a strong believer that commitment and passion is what it takes a consulting firm to succeed, which she encourages us tp consistently believe and follow

Kathryn is an Executive with extensive strategic Human Resources leadership in financial services, entertainment and manufacturing environments. Experience includes leadership of for-profit and not-for-profit Boards of Directors; holds numerous Human Resources-related credentials and honors.With her rich experience and expertise, she provides enormous authority on the subject of HR consulting and is our guide force.
