A team-building program will aim at bringing about a greater cohesiveness amongst participants, which should lead to better interpersonal relationship and synergy at the workplace. With a view to enhancing performance of participants, the focus also would be on various teamwork aspects like communication, trust, leadership and some self-related issues like commitment to teams, assertiveness and self-esteem.

  Help participants gain self esteem and confidence through successes over challenges that come their way in the program.
  Offer opportunities to participants, through intense team and individual based experiences, for self introspection
  Understand their role in furthering the Vision and Values of the Organization
  Management Development through Outdoor experiential learning is a method that seeks to move away from the chalk and talk, learn-by-rote methods of traditional education.
  Experiential learning is based on three assumptions:
 
  That people learn best when personally involved in the learning experience
  That knowledge to be truly meaningful has to be discovered by the individual.
  That people are more committed to learning when they are free to identify and pursue their own goals.
  The program can be delivered based on speific objectives including Conflict Management; Enhanced Relationships at work; Enhancing Productivity; Moving from Effeciency to Effectvieness, etc.
